If Knight's Tour can jump on terms with the field he should be a good thing.

The three-year-old was very good in beating Ocean Park in the Guineas here last month and looks extremely well placed to win the lastevent. Splitsecond is promising and is a chance at the weights. Master Zenno has found winning form at last and is going well while Mangaroa Mini is a trifecta chance.

Sacred Knight bolted in against weaker opposition at Ruakaka but is bred to relish the staying trip and will be hard to beat in race one. Nine  Pin did well after a wide trip at Ruakaka Red Shift did a great job to come from the back and win at Paeroa last time. Athenry is an improver who created an impression winning last start.

Sophia's Dream is very smart and can overcome a wide draw and win race two. Expect opposition to come from Petty Cury who is nicely placed at the weights, Lion Rock Hill, and Jungle Knight.

Ginner Hart can make a good fist of his first go right handed and win race three. He is smart and had no luck last time at Awapuni. Rock 'N' Pop will strip a lot fitter horse this time and will take some beating. Shanghai Bund will be very competitive while Brackenwood has been going well against strong opposition and can overcome the wide draw.

Marching On comes in well here as a two race winner and she will be a force to be reckoned with in race four. Moirai is a threat at the weights as is Dancing Babe. He's Rock'n'Roll got close to Moirai when they last met so must be considered.

Race five could go many ways with no real stand outs. The Australian two-year-olds must always be respected and despite their wide draws are sure to be tough. Warhorse was very good in winning the Eclipse. Like Ockham's Razor and Sell In May he has a wide draw to overcome. Choice Bro and Mai Guru are two locals with inside draws who will make their presence felt in a tricky betting race.
